Therapeutic Slow Flow

Wednesday 6:30- 7:30 Lauren Newmeyer

Unwind from your work day with this gentle all levels practice that aims to relieve stress and combat pain and tension from computer posture. We will use props, tennis balls, breathwork and mindful movement to prepare your body and mind for a good night’s sleep. All levels welcome.

Flow and Restore

Saturday 9:30-10:30 Lauren Newmeyer

Start your weekend with a balanced practice to leave you feeling more at ease in your body. Class will begin with self massage techniques, build moderate heat with slow and steady vinyasa sequences, and wind down with gentle stretches and restorative postures. All levels welcome.

Candlelight Restorative Yoga

Sunday 6:30-7:30 Lynn Gallagher

Prepare for the coming week with gentle movement and deep stretching. You will be guided to hold postures for longer in order to evoke deep muscle release and relaxation. All levels welcome.

Candlelight Meditation

Sunday 7:30-8 Lynn Gallagher

Let's start the week with gentleness and intention. Join us for a lightly guided 30 minute meditation as we come together to still our minds and create space for gratitude and love as we wrap up the weekend. Lynn changes the classes weekly theme to include physical movement and massage techniques to balance you mind, body, soul! All levels welcome.
