Restorative Yoga + Reiki Tuesday 6:30- 7:30pm Eryn Johnson
Join yoga teacher and reiki healer Eryn Johnson for a restorative yoga and reiki class. This class will use props, gentle yoga poses with long holds, and reiki healing from Eryn to help you unwind, calm your mind, get into your body, and release energetic blockages. All levels welcome.
Therapeutic Slow Flow Wednesday 6:30- 7:30 pm Lauren Newmyer
Unwind from your work day with this gentle all levels practice that aims to relieve stress and combat pain and tension from computer posture. We will use props, tennis balls, breathwork and mindful movement to prepare your body and mind for a good night’s sleep. All levels welcome.
Self Care Saturday Saturday 9:30-10:45am Lauren Newmyer
Commit to carve out space to reset your rhythm for the weekend. Each week. Lauren will offer a blend of practices from various Eastern and Western traditions to nourish your body mind and soul. These approaches will vary week to week and may include strength and mobility training, Yoga & Ayurveda, Reusi Dat Ton (traditional Thai self-care), massage and myofascial release, hydrotherapy, breathing exercises, meditation, herbal medicine, journaling, and readings from inspirational texts. Bring a yoga mat or blanket and wear comfortable clothing for moving and stretching. All levels welcome. $20 per session, or $90 for 6 sessions. * Starts 9/15/18 *
Candlelight Restorative Yoga Sunday 6:30- 7:30pm Lynn Gallagher
Prepare for the coming week with gentle movement and deep stretching. Lynn’s classes focus on bringing vitality and equanimity to set all participants up to feel rejuvenated for the end/beginning of the week. The restorative movements of this 60 minute candle-lit yoga class focus on stretching rather than strength. Poses will be held longer than traditional flow classes to bring the body and mind to balance. All classes will end in a deep head-to-toe relaxation. All levels welcome.
Sunday Night Candlelight Meditation Sunday 7:30- 8pm Lynn Gallagher
Let's start the week with gentleness and intention. Join us for a lightly guided 30 minute meditation as we come together to still our minds and create space for gratitude and love as we wrap up the weekend. Lynn changes the classes weekly intention to include different themes and physical movement to balance you mind, body, soul! All levels welcome. (If attending Sunday night yoga $20 for both)
