HAVEN Women’s Circle: A Spring Series
This is the season she will fearlessly pursue these light-woven things she was called to do - Morgan Harper Nichols
Why We Are Hosting:
Our mission is to bring women together in order to foster community, connection and a strong sense of self-empowerment so we can move forward and empower those who we interact with on a daily basis in our own lives. We believe that by joining together in community, listening and sharing space with one another, and joining in collective power with other females, that we can share our voice, feel empowered, shift our consciousness and therefore make a resounding impact on our communities.
What We Are Doing:
Through bringing together our backgrounds of yoga, reiki, meditation, nutrition and wellness, our vision is to guide you through these healing practices and facilitate deeper discussions that expand upon the lens through which we see the world.
We aim to co-facilitate your connection to your own sense of self by providing opportunities to enhance your spiritual and physical well-being. We will hold space with the intention that each participant is welcome just as she is and each of us has the freedom to express herself while connecting to others with ease. It is our belief that by empowering oneself, any woman can share her natural power with those around her and build up her community.
Who We Are:
Lynn Gallagher, RYT 200 and Certified Meditation/Reiki instructor blends her passion for holistic/healing modalities to increase well-being with co-leading a circle for female/female identifying person(s) who wish to be a part of a community of wellness and connection.
Jenna Rupert, RYT 200 and certified holistic health coach unites the healing powers of yoga, breathwork, and meditation and co-leads Haven’s women’s circle in order to share her passion for health and wellness with the community.
How We Are Leading:
Lynn and Jenna will offer a grounding activity at the beginning of each session. This will vary from meeting to meeting, but will always include light movement, breath work, time to connect to your body, mind, and spirit and a self/group check-in. We will have a discussion and group work accompanied by journaling, writing, and/or sharing. We will end with an integrating/closing ritual before parting ways. Each gathering will unfold differently but we will uphold a sense of giving space to each participant to share what she feels called to share. We are open to “going with the flow” and know that intuitively, we will be guided through our participants’ wisdom and promise to serve from a place of open mindedness and let our circle unfold organically.
Space is limited to 12 women to maintain the honor of a small group setting
We will uphold a confidentiality policy to maintain a sense of security
$25-$40 sliding scale
We ask that you pre-register so we can adequately prepare for the activities
