Summer Wellness Workshop
Join Alyson Wernly and Jenna Rupert, two graduates of the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, as they share simple and accessible methods for achieving better health by focusing on nutrition, movement, mindfulness, and spirituality in a friendly and sustainable way. Their passion for wellness was inspired by their personal health challenges and their desire to not only heal themselves, but to inspire others to create a lifestyle that aligns with their body’s unique needs. The way we nourish our bodies contributes to our whole way of being- mind, body, spirit.
