WHAT:

Join Alyson Wernly and Jenna Rupert, two graduates of the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, as they share simple and accessible methods for achieving better health by focusing on nutrition, movement, mindfulness, and spirituality in a friendly and sustainable way. Their passion for wellness was inspired by their personal health challenges and their desire to not only heal themselves, but to inspire others to create a lifestyle that aligns with their body’s unique needs. The way we nourish our bodies contributes to our whole way of being- mind, body, spirit.

Activities:

●  Meditation + Mindful Movement including gentle yoga and breathing exercises

●  Group Discussion + Open Forum

Alyson is a Kundalini Reiki Master, Certified Holistic Health Coach and Herbalist in Philadelphia, PA. She lives by the belief that the body is always capable of returning to a state of wholeness. When the body is provided with proper nourishment, natural remedies, and rest, balance can be restored. Her natural wellness journey began over six years ago and has led to personal healing + balancing in life changing ways. Understanding + approaching wellness though the mind, body + spirit, leads to sustainable healing + balance.  Jenna is a Certified Yoga Instructor and Holistic Health Coach who loves to share her passion for wellness with the Philadelphia community and beyond. Her work focuses on helping individuals find balance in their lives, manage stress, and connect back to their body’s innate healing power. By integrating holistic nutrition and wellness, yoga and deep breathing exercises, she will guide you through the process of developing a healthy and sustainable lifestyle that aligns with your unique goals and supports you physically, mentally, spiritually, and emotionally.
