Michael has spent the last 24+ years helping his clients return from injury and aiding them with multiple rehabilitation therapies. Michael works at unbinding the body and returning it to optimal homeostasis and physiological health. He combines Deep Tissue and Myofascial Release techniques with preventative exercise and movement therapies. A session with Michael is as educational about your body as it is restorative.

Morgan’s background in personal care and energy healing inform her warmly meditative approach to therapeutic massage. She uses Swedish, deep tissue, breathwork, and energy techniques to relieve pain & stress while promoting relaxation. A massage, Reiki, or combination treatment with Morgan is both preventative and restorative, as she partners with her clients to create a custom blend of bodywork for the ultimate in personalized care.

 
 

Ben Falk, Senior Therapist

Licensed Massage Therapist, Deep Tissue Therapist

Ben received his education and completed his certification as a Massage Therapist at Skyline College in San Bruno, California. Ben has been working with clients throughout the Philadelphia area since 2020.

As a bodyworker, Ben applies the power of massage therapy and his experience in health rehabilitation to provide patient-centered care. His skills encompass Swedish and Deep Tissue techniques to improve circulation and range of motion while integrating specific goals for functional movement.

Ben’s career and hobbies are very inter-related as he is always seeking knowledge on the inner workings of the human body and health optimization. He enjoys being physically active and prioritizes quality self-care. Ben is constantly finding new ways to move and manipulate the body. His experience with movement has included yoga, tai chi, strength training, bodybuilding, Crossfit, biking, hiking, swimming, and much more.

Sessions with Ben can include deep tissue work, stretching, mobility, range of motion, myofascial release and trigger point therapy.

 
 

Abby Wagner

Licensed Massage Therapist, Prenatal Massage

Abby's diverse therapeutic background includes massage, yoga, meditation, herbalism, and healing arts. A 2022 graduate from The Philadelphia School of Massage and Bodywork, she practices a blend of trauma-informed, Swedish, Myofascial, and Thai massage techniques to relieve stress in the body and mind. As a Certified Vinyasa and Pre/Post-Natal Yoga Teacher, she also shares yoga-based stretching techniques so that clients may practice pain prevention and general maintenance at home. Abby values forming a strong therapeutic alliance in order for clients to meet their wellness goals.

Jackie Steskal

Acupuncturist

Jackie is a Pennsylvania state licensed acupuncturist practicing in the Philadelphia area. As a graduate of the Won Institute of Graduate Studies with a Masters in Acupuncture, Jackie is well versed in the various modalities of Chinese Medicine. She utilizes various modes of treatment such as trigger point needling, electrical stimulation, moxibustion, cupping and gua sha. In addition to holding a Masters in Acupuncture, Jackie also holds a Master’s in Clinical and Counseling Psychology which she earned from Chestnut Hill College in 2015, specializing in treating trauma. Jackie has ample psychotherapeutic clinical experience in working with trauma and often integrates both her extensive background in psychology with her current work within the realm of acupuncture and Chinese Medicine. Her clinical experience in both Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and Five Element styles of Acupuncture ensures that Jackie approaches each patient’s individual needs with a curated treatment plan that is aligned with a holistic perspective that is customized to fit the patient’s individual needs and concerns.

Elaine DiFeliciantonio has been a strength and movement coach for over 5 years in Philadelphia. Her practice blends restorative and strength building components while centering the individual's lived experience. Her training experience includes nervous system and breath work regulation, basic developmental patterns and restoring healthy movement, and kettlebell specific strength and power.
